Govt. issues deadline for unvaccinated people to get jabbed

The people who are above 30 years of age and not vaccinated so far, should get their vaccines within this week, the Government said today.

State Minister Channa Jayasumana said the Government is compelled to issue a deadline because it would not be possible to continue to operate the vaccination centres for so long, as they need to give priority to provide vaccines for youth and adolescents.

“A vast number of people above 30 has received their vaccines, but still there are several people who have forgone their vaccines due to various reasons,” he underscored.

“We cannot keep the the vaccination centres open for them everyday. Hence, such people are invited to receive their vaccines within this week, as we want to complete the vaccination drive for the people above 30 within this week,” the State Minister stressed.

He said the vaccination drive for people above 30 was supposed to be completed last week; however one more week was extended for the unvaccinated people to get jabbed. (Sheain Fernandopulle)

The US has found that the Pfizer vaccine is safe for children from 5 to 12 years. This shows that having options Sri Lanka's vaccine selection and procurement has failed. This responsibility has to be taken by this one time MP, Mr. Paniya. Mrs. Paniyas too need to be weeded out at the next election.

There's no place to complain the complications and the deaths due to the vaccine and no medical professional is interested in talking about it. Leaders(Haiti, Tanzania and Madagascar) who opposed the vaccine also faced death mysteriously . Why do you people force to get the jab when you yourselves are clueless about the virus? Why can`t all the countries take SWEDEN as an example.

Is any of the Vaccine is clinically proven? if so show the Certificate? Who is telling/Setting the deadline? Unless they are cousins of Hitler! LOL! Even the Doctors are Clueless to be honest. And moreover, there is a risk of certain Blood group due to allergy they will have a ferocious negative consequences! Better liaise with immunologists in that perspectives. Politicians are the Lawmakers? God save the World!!!

Don't get vaccinated and stay at home until the country is covid free. Find your own food , dont ask government for free money. That is it. Government is there to collect taxes from you and provide you common services and not to give you free food. From top to bottom we have this mentality and that is why we cannot progress.
