Thgat Rs 8 m may not be enough to light his cigars. What about many billions stolen from the treasury and poor people? What about those mansions built, super luxury vehicles and huge lands acquired, businesses opened. Need to act on big items too. We heard that 'the justice is blind'. Wonder if it's true in Lanka.
