Police have initiated investigations to arrest an individual who exposed his person to a female tourist at Piyadigama beach in Ahangama. The tourist complained to police that she was having a stroll along the beach with her two year old son and a ten year old Sri Lankan boy when the suspect had raised his sarong and exposed his person.
Police said the suspect had been identified from CCTV recordings in the surrounding area and that he would be arrested soon.
OIC Crime Investigation Branch IP G.S.Priyankara is conducting investigations on the instructions of OIC Ahangama police CI Nalaka Jayaweera.
