The start-up company Universal Green Solutions, (UGS),which is focused on providing waste management solutions, is currently in the process of developing a waste converting machine to be deployed in Sri Lanka.
Many countries have deployed various solutions to reduce the waste produced, and UGS is currently in the process of studying global solutions and getting connected with international companies & organizations for advice and support for our project.
As planned, the prototype machine will be launched in 2022 fourth quarter as the pre-phase-1 of the project. This machine will have 4 different capacity products based on input and
output scales.
UGS is currently holding discussions to gain technical support from the German Technical College and to recruit its students as interns after completion of their courses.
UGS is also planning to join hands with other technical institutes and companies who have the capacity and interest in machinery productions within the country.
This project is open for funding, donations and investors to come on board.
UGS is spearheaded by entrepreneur, marketer, trainer Roshan Yaheya and sea sport consultant and adventure entrepreneur
Ramesh Silva.
