This is not a rocket science to come up with reforms in this public service: first educate our judges how to reduce sentences and how differentiate between serious and minor offences and let them know what is the difference between shop lifting and a big fraud by some political leaders: instead of sending for community service why they send minor to jail to keep lawyers busy. Most of our jails must be relocated and all those people must be made public parks for local people enjoy city life and for tourists to enjoy parks : we need fresh air in our city: demolish all city jails and make it city parks or something else useful for people.
