No one understands why organ transplants work nor the exact science behind it. But by trial and error which means many many people dying in the process, the surgeons all over the world have perfected transplants of many organs. The end result for the patient is a miracle however the work done by the surgeons is a craft , not scientifically intellectual. It is hard to believe that 125 years ago , all the surgeries in the Western Countries were carried out exclusively by the barbers and the doctors played no part at all.
