The “Presidential Environment Awards 2025” are held today at BMICH under the patronage of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, recognizing exceptional efforts in promoting environmental sustainability across Sri Lanka. The ceremony, organised by the Central Environmental Authority (CEA), is attended by Environment Minister Dr. Dammika Patabendi, Industries Minister Sunil Handunnetti, Deputy Minister Anton Jayakody, and senior CEA officials, alongside award recipients and distinguished guests.
