The children and adults are not aware the flood water is contaminated with sewers and the danger of the contaminated flood water.

Fun for the kids as they little realise the cost to their parents to clean their houses that were affected by floods, what the parents will have to throw away due to flood damage etc Some of them will be starving for days. Sad

JVP will blame the government saying if they were in power, they would have provided fishing net to the people to get benefit from this flood water as fish export is the main sources of income in their govt without taxation.

MR Must take some responsibility for this. He destroyed our ecology and environment by digging the roads, cutting the trees and now we see what happens. it will go up and up with the global warming as well. Locally, we should protect our lands and our soil. Poor experts in this subject do not have the power to say NO to our politicians. we have a lot of good experts, but our politicians do not listen. Look how Ranil behaves as if Sri Lanka is owned by his family.

It is shocking to see how public are walking about in the water and allowing their children to play in the water which could be filled with germs. The parents have less brains than the children. Next is the hospitals will be filled.
