PM Harini speaks at Oxford

Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya delivered a lecture titled “The Politics of Development: Sri Lanka and Beyond” at the 2026 OSGA Annual Lecture, held at the University of Oxford. The event took place at St Antony’s College and was organized by the Oxford School of Global and Area Studies (OSGA). The lecture is the department’s flagship annual event, bringing together leading academics, policymakers, and practitioners to discuss contemporary global challenges.
