Low-floor bus service launched at Makumbura

Providing low floor buses should be commended but how many work hours were wasted for having launching ceremony. Government previously promised to not to have wasteful ceremonies like this.

The government should be commended for it's effort to improve public transport. Most of the commuters taking public transport to endure a horror time and are exhausted when they come to work. Also the super central bust stand, improvements to the Fort and other railway stations have added to the comfort of the commuters.

We salute the government for going ahead , fulfilling their promises which we have not seen under any previous governments which ruled this country since independence. Previously such import of busses filled the pocket of the minister and his associates and that was the method fallowed in Srilanka.
