Oh, yet another restaurant which works well for foodies. But it would be nice if someone can open a different venue like an indoor arena and theme park, or a bowling ally like Bowlero in the US. Please consider it. Colombo is starved for family entertainment that is not another restaurant or night club.

Grilling is a fast, high-heat cooking method, often used for searing food and creating crispy, charred surfaces, while barbecuing involves cooking food slowly at lower temperatures, often with the lid closed, to achieve a tender and smoky flavor. Little to do with indoors or outdoors.

I dined in BBQ nation in Dubai twice during my time as a expat. It's all you can eat at a fixed price. The most amount of food I had in a day in my life so far. Came out of that place with my belly button almost popping out.
