Solar Liberator launches range of innovative solar-based products

Solar Liberator which follows the concept of ‘Made in Sri Lanka’, introduced a range of innovative solar power-based products which are been recently designed and developed by them. 
The products named ‘Solar Stream’, ‘Solar Garden Lamp’ and Mariner’ will be a solution to the prevalent energy crisis today. 
The company which is passionate for solar energy helps to save the environment by utilising the latest technology as fossil fuels have already caused lasting damage on the Earth’s environment. 
Talking at the event, Managing Director Amalka Elayperuma said that they are looking forward to promote their products locally as well as internationally. 
“We are the only company in Sri Lanka with our own R&D facilities to develop these products. The products we are launching today cover various energy needs of people” he said. 
“We expect to keep the momentum on this part and become a leading Solar power solution provider both locally as well as internationally because some of our products are developing for international market. Also we are not copying other people’s technology or products, we are a Sri Lankan company which is doing new and different things from what is already being done.” he added. 
‘Mariner’ is a product innovated according to an idea of a fisherman as it helps mostly  the fisheries community as they are exposed to the sunlight most of the time. It is a product that generates power as long as there is sunlight and designed and built with high quality materials to endure tough conditions encountered in marine environments. It can be used as powering lamps, as a charger for mobiles and GPS devices or as an emergency source of power.
‘Solar Garden Lamps’ includes all necessary items to setup anywhere in 2 minutes as they use latest technology batteries to provide light up to 10 hours. It is ideal for gardens, camping, outdoor sports, street lighting and other outdoor events.
‘Solar Stream’ Solar powered water pump systems utilise the sunlight to generate electricity and provide power to run the water pumps. It is ideal for all agricultural and remote solutions with limited access to electricity’.
