Sunshine Holdings wins 14 SLIM National Sales Awards

• Including Best of the Best in Territory Management award and 3 Golds

Sunshine Holdings PLC celebrated an extraordinary milestone at the prestigious SLIM National Sales Awards (NSA) 2024, with 14 outstanding sales professionals earning national recognition. 

Collectively, they secured the Best of the Best Territory Managers of the Year award, three Gold, six Silver and five Bronze awards, a testament to Sunshine’s unwavering dedication to nurturing excellence and resilience within its teams.

The notable achievements came from the sales teams of Sunshine Consumer Lanka and Sunshine Healthcare Lanka (Pharma, Medical Devices, Healthguard Pharmacy and Distribution), whose exceptional performance under challenging market conditions continues to propel the organisation’s success. These recognitions reflect individual brilliance and the collective strength of Sunshine Holdings’ sales force, which remains the backbone of its growth and customer-centric approach.

Amongst the highlights, Healthguard Distribution Senior Modern Trade Manager Udula Karunarathne was awarded the coveted Best of the Best Territory Managers of the Year Gold award. He also won another Gold award in the Territory Managers of the Year for Healthcare. At the same time, Healthguard Pharmacy Limited Outlet Supervisor Isuru Madushanka and Healthguard Distribution Sales Executive Marian Lawrance also won Gold awards in their respective categories.
