SLASSCOM launches second edition of ‘Fit Hit’

SLASSCOM, Sri Lanka’s apex body for the IT/ BPO industry,  announced the second edition of its flagship wellness initiative, Fit Hit, powered by Union Assurance. 
This initiative underscores SLASSCOM’s commitment to fostering holistic employee well-being and driving a sustainable and inclusive workforce in Sri Lanka.
SLASSCOM’s Fit Hit, aims to equip employees with tools, resources, and knowledge to prioritize their physical and mental well-being. It also fosters a culture of wellness in workplaces, contributing to higher productivity, engagement, and overall job satisfaction.
Union Assurance, Sri Lanka’s premier Life Insurer, returns as the title sponsor for Fit Hit for the second consecutive year. The Company’s support reflects a shared vision with SLASSCOM to promote healthier, happier workplaces within the IT/ BPO sectors.
