Prime Lands Residencies to launch ‘J’Adore Negombo’ on 1 February

Prime Lands Residencies PLC is gearing up to launch its new project, J’Adore Negombo, on 1 February, the company said is a disclosure to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) yesterday.

J’Adore Negombo is a luxury beachfront serviced apartment development, located on the Hotel Road, Negombo, with an investment value of Rs. 6.3 billion. 

“This landmark project represents the company’s first venture into the serviced apartment segment and is designed to offer a distinctive blend of luxury living, modern conveniences, and the tranquil allure of coastal living,” Prime Land Residencies said.

The development features two elegant towers—the White Tower and the Emerald Tower—rising 21 floors and housing 177 exclusive units.
