Prime Lands CEO honoured at CMO Asia Business Awards

Ruminda Randeniya, CEO of Prime Lands (Pvt) Ltd, was honoured as the ‘CEO of the Year in Real Estate Sector’ at the Business Leader of the Year Award ceremony held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai recently. 

The award, presented by CMO Asia, acknowledged his exceptional leadership and trailblazing contributions to Sri Lanka’s real estate industry.

With over 25 years of experience in the sector, Randeniya has been instrumental in revolutionizing Sri Lanka’s real estate landscape through innovative initiatives and strategic leadership. As CEO of Prime Lands and Executive Director of multiple entities within the Prime Group, including Bhoomi Realty Holdings, Regent Caterers, and Regent Country Club, he has consistently demonstrated visionary leadership and business acumen.
