New high-end residential project ‘The Maison’ to enter Colombo with US $ 9.08mn

Colombo’s real estate market is set for a new addition, as One 2 One Ltd has signed a US $ 9.08 million agreement with the Board of Investment (BOI) to develop a high-end residential project in Sri Lanka’s commercial capital.

Branded ‘The Maison’, the project is set to feature the construction of a 14-storey super-luxury apartment complex, comprising 48 exclusive units.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the BOI described the project as offering “a sophisticated living experience beyond conventional family residences”.

The agreement for the investment venture was exchanged this week between BOI Chairman Arjuna Herath and representatives of One 2 One Ltd, at the BOI headquarters in Colombo.
