NTB builds team spirit and creativity through ‘Lego Day’ initiative

Nations Trust Bank recently hosted an engaging staff event titled ‘Lego Day’, designed to promote creativity, teamwork, and enjoyment among its team. 

The initiative upholds the Bank’s fundamental values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and excellence while demonstrating its continued commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive work environment.  

The bank’s staff members that participated in the initiative were divided into teams, andgiven the task of building a Lego structure that represented one of the bank’s four core values. They were allowed complete creative freedom to interpret and convey the values however they wanted. 

In addition to providing an enjoyable and stress-relieving engagement activity, the initiative emphasized the value of creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills, which are critical for success in the fast-paced, purpose-driven work environment at Nations Trust Bank. 

Winners that were selected for the most creative Lego structures received Lego sets as prizes, while all participants enjoyed a pizza treat to cap off the day, reinforcing the celebratory spirit of the event. Nations Trust Bank aims to foster an environment where people’s contributions, growth and well-being are valued.
