NDB Rewards elevates credit cardholders’ spending experience

NDB Bank announced the launch of NDB Rewards, an exciting new rewards programme designed to elevate the everyday spending experience of its credit cardholders. 

Effective March 1, 2026, NDB Rewards brings greater value, flexibility and lifestyle privilege to the customers through an easy-to-use, fully-digital points-earning ecosystem.

Built around modern consumer lifestyles, NDB Rewards allows the eligible cardholders to earn Reward points on day-to-day personal transactions and redeem them for a wide array of experiences and merchant offers. With transparent earning rules and a growing network of partners, the programme enables the customers to enjoy more with every swipe, tap or online purchase.

Customers can earn points on eligible local and international credit card spends, with enhanced earning opportunities available across popular lifestyle categories such as dining, lodging and travel. Depending on the card type, the customers enjoy bonus multipliers—up to 5X on international spend and up to 2X on domestic lifestyle categories—allowing them to earn points significantly faster where they spend most frequently.

All Reward points carry a clear and transparent value of Rs.1 per point.

Eligible Platinum and above NDB credit cardholders, who maintain an active savings or current account with NDB, will be automatically enrolled into NDB Rewards. 

No additional registration or activation is required, ensuring a seamless start to the programme from day one. All purchases made on supplementary cards will also contribute to the primary cardholder’s Rewards balance, helping families accumulate points faster.

NDB Rewards brings together convenience, choice, and lifestyle value. The cardholders can redeem points across a rapidly expanding network of over 180 clothing, dining, supermarkets, travel, lodging and leisure partners through Thyaga.lk, NDB’s official rewards partner platform.

The minimum redemption starts at 2,000 points. Points remain valid for two years.
