LOLC Al-Falaah has once again cemented its position as Sri Lanka’s undisputed leader in the Islamic banking and finance space, achieving an extraordinary triumph at the 14th Sri Lanka Islamic Banking and Financial Industry (SLIBFI) Awards 2025.

LOLC Al-Falaah won Gold awards for the coveted Islamic Financial Entity of the Year, NBFI (Non-Banking Financial Institution) of the Year and Window of the Year. Further, LOLC Al-Falaah bagged the Best Digital Product (i-Pay) of the Year and Social Upliftment Awards, demonstrating its industry excellence, consistent performance and firm dedication to setting new benchmarks in ethical and inclusive financial services.

LOLC Al-Falaah’s Saabiq Niyas was honoured as the Rising Personality of the Year (Male), who is amongst an elite few of LOLC Al-Falaah’s staff members who have been crowned in the past with this prestigious honour.

The unit, which previously has secured multiple Gold and Silver awards over the years, has now decisively claimed Gold awards on all main categories, reflecting its relentless pursuit of excellence and its drive to surpass even its own previous successes.

The SLIBFI Awards, organised by UTO EduConsult and independently adjudicated by KPMG Sri Lanka, remains the most prestigious recognition platform in Sri Lanka’s Islamic finance industry, acknowledging organisations that drive growth, innovation and integrity in the sector.
