ICC-HNB sign strategic partnership

International Construction Consortium (Pvt.) Ltd (ICC) has signed a strategic partnership with HNB to promote homeownership and provide greater access to ICC’s property portfolio.

The collaboration, formalised through a memorandum of understanding (MoU), will enable the prospective homebuyers to benefit from attractive and flexible financing solutions offered by HNB. 

Combined with ICC’s four decades of expertise in housing, engineering and infrastructure, the initiative is set to create greater confidence and value for property buyers. 

As part of the agreement, ICC and HNB will roll out co-branded promotional campaigns, digital initiatives and host an exclusive Open Day for the prospective homeowners, offering a one-stop opportunity to explore ICC’s properties and customised financial options.

ICC Managing Director Namal Peiris said, “By combining our construction expertise with HNB’s financial products, we can deliver real value to homebuyers and contribute to the growth of Sri Lanka’s housing sector.” 

HNB Head of Retail Banking Kanchana Karunagama added, “This collaboration strengthens our ability to offer financing solutions tailored to the needs of Sri Lankans aspiring to own quality homes.” 

The MoU, valid until December 31, 2026, also outlines joint responsibilities for awareness and promotional initiatives to reach a wider audience of homebuyers.
