ICBS strikes double Gold at ICSG Global Sustainability Awards

Imperial College of Business Studies (ICBS) has made history by clinching the Global Sustainability Gold Award and the Overall Sustainability Society Award at the ICSG Global Sustainability Recognition Awards 2025.

Winning these two awards highlights ICBS’s contribution to advancing sustainability in education. The college’s innovative strategies, impactful environmental initiatives, and commitment to embedding sustainable practices in academic curriculums have earned this international recognition. 

One of key reasons for the award wins is the introduction of a module on corporate sustainability initiatives in all ICBS degree programmes, enabling to students to get a better understanding of corporate sustainability and its significance in today’s fast-evolving world.

These accolades stand as a testament to ICBS’s steadfast dedication to fostering sustainable academic and professional education services, empowering students in Sri Lanka to envision and work toward a brighter, greener future. 

Bagging the Overall Sustainability Society Award further emphasizes ICBS’s pivotal role in championing sustainability. This honour recognizes the institution’s leadership in creating a meaningful environmental impact and its unwavering drive to shape a more sustainable global community.
