Hemas Hospitals and Adora Cosmetic Centre biggest winners

GlobalHealth Sri Lanka Awards 2026

• Clinch highest number of honours 

Hemas Hospitals and its specialist aesthetic arm Adora Cosmetic Centre emerged as the biggest winners at GlobalHealth Sri Lanka Conference and Awards 2026, securing seven prestigious national awards—the highest number of awards won by any hospital group in Sri Lanka at this year’s event, while also making Adora Cosmetic Centre the most awarded cosmetic and aesthetic healthcare provider at the awards.

The GlobalHealth Sri Lanka Conference and Awards is an international healthcare recognition platform that celebrates excellence, innovation, patient care, clinical quality and leadership across the healthcare sector, recognising organisations that have demonstrated outstanding performance and service excellence.    

Hemas Hospital Thalawathugoda, together with Adora Cosmetic Centre, received five national honours: Best Consultant-Led Derma Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Centre of the Year in Sri Lanka, Laser Clinic of the Year in Sri Lanka, Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Centre of the Year in Sri Lanka, Urology Service Provider of the Year in Sri Lanka and Ambulatory Care Unit of the Year in Sri Lanka. 

Hemas Hospital Wattala also received two prestigious honours, with Adora Cosmetic Centre at Hemas Hospital Wattala being recognised as the Body Sculpting Clinic of the Year in Sri Lanka, while the hospital was honoured with the Corporate Wellness Programme of the Year in Sri Lanka award.   

These achievements reinforce Hemas Hospitals’ position as one of Sri Lanka’s most respected private healthcare providers, while establishing Adora Cosmetic Centre as a leader in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic and plastic surgery, laser treatments and body contouring.
