HNB-Iconic Galaxy offer special home financing

Sri Lanka’s leading private retail bank HNB PLC has strategically aligned with Iconic Developments (Pvt.) Ltd through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to provide innovative home financing solutions. 


The partnership offers prospective homeowners unprecedented access to special financing options for purchasing apartments from Iconic Galaxy, with promotions valid until December 31, 2025.


Established in 2016 as a Board of Investment-approved subsidiary of ANPG Group, Iconic Developments has carved a niche in residential and commercial property development. The Iconic Galaxy project represents a landmark urban living concept, comprising 277 meticulously designed apartments that promise a sophisticated lifestyle in the heart of the city.
