DIMO Coastline Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between DIMO and Coastline Investments in the Maldives, has been honoured with the title of ‘Best Support Services in the Maritime Industry’ at the recently concluded 7th Edition of the South Asian Business Excellence Awards. 
The event, held at the JEN Maldives Malé by Shangri-La, served as a platform to acknowledge and reward outstanding achievements within the corporate domain, highlighting DIMO Coastline’s exceptional contributions to the maritime sector.  
DIMO Coastline’s core business encompasses the drydocking and maintenance of marine vessels, along with providing general engineering services to resorts and other institutions in the Maldives. The company operates its state-of-the-art dockyard on Thilafushi Island, enabling the efficient docking of landing crafts, supplying dhonies, and repairs and maintenance of speed boats.

Established in 2017, DIMO Coastline Pvt Ltd has strategically expanded its services to numerous resorts in the Maldives, seizing opportunities within the thriving tourist destination’s general engineering sector. 
Looking ahead, DIMO Coastline plans to extend its operations to include air conditioning, various electrical services, and repairs within the Maldivian market, further solidifying its position as a versatile and dynamic player in the region.
