Highlights of Ceylinco Life’s Annual Awards gala

Ceylinco Life honoured the ‘titans’ of the company’s success at a two-day extravaganza at Cinnamon Life.

Combining Ceylinco Life’s High Flyers Day and Annual Awards gala, the event saw 250 plus of the company’s top-performing sales officers designated High Flyers being feted on day one and being acknowledged with 350 awards, including an automobile for their sales achievements, on day two.

Both events included fine dining and scintillating entertainment and the honourees were provided overnight accommodation at Cinnamon Life, the company said. Ceylinco Life’s directors and senior management participated in both events and the Annual Awards presentation themed ‘Crowning the Titans’ was graced by Head Life and Health Reinsurance Asia Pacific and ex-Swiss Re China Managing Director Daisy Ning as the chief guest and Swiss Re Director/Head L&H Client Markets India Sunayana Mahansaria as the guest of honour. These events celebrated Ceylinco Life’s remarkable success in 2024, the company’s 21st year of unbroken market leadership in Sri Lanka. 

Among those recognised as significant contributors to this performance were Ceylinco Life sales officers, who met sales targets to qualify for High Flyers status, those who qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table and those that achieved the Sales Superstar status in 2024.

Ceylinco Life’s top award winners at this year’s annual awards were Best Agency Head – M. Manojan, Best Agency Supervisor – S. Ragini, Best Life Insurance Advisor – A.I.P. Manjula and Best Regional Sales Manager – J. Meera.
