Bank of Ceylon relocates BIA counter

Bank of Ceylon relocated its counter at the Arrival Lounge at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) to a new location, giving it a more prominent look. 

The new counter is up to the international standards of an airport currency exchange counter and is equipped with all the necessary amenities and state-of-the-art technology to offer a convenient, transparent and quick service to all foreign and local passengers.

Bank of Ceylon once again is showing unwavering commitment towards best of class customer service at the gateway to the country and is confident that the new counter will meet the needs of all passengers. 

Speaking of the new counter Jayashantha, Deputy General Manager International, Treasury and Investment, said that the staff attached to all its counters at the airport is dedicated to offering the friendliest and efficient service, giving a warm welcome to all passengers.

Bank of Ceylon is the only bank with counters in all three key areas: Arrival, Departure and Transit of BIA.
