Alliance Finance green bond issue oversubscribed

Alliance Finance Company PLC, in a stock exchange filing, announced that its redeemable green bond issue has been oversubscribed.

The company offered up to 10 million green bonds, with a three-year term, at a par value of Rs.100 each, aiming to raise Rs.1 billion.

With applications exceeding the target amount, the company announced the closure of the issue, with the basis of allotment to be notified to the Colombo Stock Exchange in due course.
