Stern legal action against false propaganda: Dr.Jayasundera

Secretary to the President P. B. Jayasundera said that stern legal action has been taken against the false propaganda targeted at him by highlighting a statement made by a Member of Parliament, the Presidential Media Division (PMD) said.

Dr. Jayasundera vehemently denied the false news items created by certain media targeting him by citing a statement made by an Opposition MP in Parliament regarding the opening of a personal account in a state bank to import fertilizer from India.

"Those news stories are completely false and malicious.The opening of an account in a state bank is an act between the relevant bank and the account holder. It is the responsibility of the bank to act in accordance with the standard procedures in this regard," the PMD said.

PMD should be there to issue news related to governance solely by the president and there is nothing wrong in doing so. But how can the pmd issue statements with regard to personal matters of PBJ? PBJ himself has made it clear that its a personal matter. We know that PBJ never gets involved in corruption by going through history when he was penalised by the highest court. It was reversed by the same court under pressure. Now he observes one precept of the devils 365 days. I.e. to steel every cent left in coffers. Bloody nerve suckers.

Uncle, we know your history and also your handlers. It is not easy to open a bank account to hold foreign currency in any bank in Sri Lanka. Secondly why was the LC opened by the company and not the agriculture department. Why was 1.2 M US dolors paid to the company account and not in rupees. Caught red handed.
