Oh yah.... in Colombo 03.... Alfred garden house ..about three weeks water is covering the road, i have personally made complaints to National Water Supply and Drainage Board officials, but no action taken so far.... . But they made two visits...

NWSB only does repairs when something goes wrong but not maintenance which can prevent these incidents.
