This tragedy would have been stopped if the school authorities, class teacher, class mates had acted promptly to her behavior at the school. Again The guards, station master at the railway station should have noticed why a school girl is sitting in the benches for a longer time without boarding a train and they should have asked her why? or complain to the Police.
