It is good without electoral reforms for if the party selects a corrupt person because is a vice president or a secretary of the party the party voters can send him home why change such a very democratic voting system

Yes that is best as the present configuration does not lend itself to stability. So let us see how the Buddhimath Janathawa - I dont believe it is BM from what I see and hear - will vote. Do not be surprised if some of the present corrupt ones will get in again because the Electoral Reforms allow money to talk.
