sorry to say granting bail is the law. remanding pending the trial is an exception.Minister was not charge of non bailable offence. It has nothing to do with the social status of the person concerned. bail is denied only court feels that suspect will abscond, or intimidate the witness or commit another offence.most of the comments are contempt of court.
