There wouldn't have been any reason for LLRC's in this country if you did not invade this nation in 1876 and implemented your divide & rule policy here. Then this would have been a real peaceful nation. British in Sri Lanka and Belgians in once a peaceful African nation, Rwanda did the same thing. Now for goodness sake, mind own your business!

My friend JACOOB, we are living in a world which is inter-connected. each activity which happens around should be aware by everyone. If the west (UK, USA, etc.) mind their own business, non of our people will be working or living in those countries & SL govt. will not be recieving any of the funds for our governance. Basically we will be stagnated in one place.

Well how long did British Govt take to declare peace and get the agreememnt going? Did it not start in 1938 and the peace process come in 2007.
So why is the British Govt interfering in SL affairs. They took 69 years fighting the IRA - why are they rushing Sri Lanka.
Double standards ! - we know the game!! Good for uneducated!!!

Excuse me, but I need to correct you. In UK and US most people work as permanent residence and not as migrant workers like in Middle east. People who work pay for their study and living to those countries and not much comes to sri lanka unlike from middle east.

Most of the funds from UK, US and Europe went to LTTE. Not to Sri Lanka!
