Hirunika Premachandra, Geetha Kumarasinghe and Malsha Kumarathunga are among the politicians who signed nomination papers today to contest the forthcoming Western and Southern Provincial Council elections on the UPFA ticket, informed sources said.

They said that Minister Kumar Welgama’s son Shenal, former Sirasa TV Channel Head Susara Dinal and Nishantha Pushpakumara alias Raththaran, who crossed over to the UPFA from the UNP had also placed their signatures to contest the forthcoming elections. (Hafeel Farisz)
