German tourist drowns in Bentota Sea

A 75-year-old German tourist drowned whilst bathing in Bentota Sea yesterday evening.

The male was reportedly residing in a private holiday resort in Bentota area with his spouse and the offspring.

The body is transferred to Nagoda Hospital Morgue for the post mortem. Bentota Police is conducting inquiries.
