Usually rich men are valuable part of society. They are heroes and their incarceration will serve no useful purpose. Beside the jails are crowded.There for all rich men can do any type of crime, bribe and murder.FR and MR will protect them.however if your are a poor dirty bag you may as well be in jail with the rest of the dirty bag.
