Mr Rodrigo is of course the most educated lawyer in Sri lanka.he is one of the founder lecturers of the open university of sri lanka and UNDP scholar and the only law lecturer in sri lanka who was trained in the United kingdom for law teaching
He has BA from J'pura and LLB and LLM , Phd in Intelectual Property law ( Queensland -Australia ) , Post Graduate diploma in further education ( Leeds Uk) , Post Attorney diploma in Intellectual Property Law,

I my self being lesser educated as my brethren ( no offense of any kind expressed or otherwise to my fellow brethren is meant or displayed) we must rephrase MOST EDUCATED LAWYER to and bestow the title of the MOST EDUCATED LAWYER of the Indian Ocean excluding Island Nations not honoris Causa but ex officio.
