Qatar Emir to visit SL

 Emir of the Kingdom of Qatar Sheikh Bin Kalifa Al Thani is due to visit the island on a  two-day official visit to discuss and strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.

 
The Emir is to arrive in the country on an invitation extended by President Mahinda Rajapaksa.Top officials of the country and businessmen will accompany the ruler on his visit. During his visit both countries will enter several agreements on trade, investment, culture and industry.
