Basil further remanded till May 27

Former Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa, former Secretary of the Ministry Nihal Jayatilake and former Divineguma Fund Director General R.R.K. Ranawaka were further remanded till May 27 by the Kaduwela Magistrate today. (M.I Edirisinghe)

All thieves who were connected to MR should be remanded. When they are let loose they work day and night covering up traces of their wrongdoings of the past, and could could be negotiating deals with members of the judiciary with the trillion rupee pot of money at their disposal. As the saying goes money talks and BS walks.
