Two shot dead in separate shooting incidents

Looks like these daily killings are all drugs related ! We however see frequent reports of massive detections of various kinds of drugs by the Narcotics Bureau, Excise, Navy etc . Yet the trade seem to be carrying on without any hassle or fear ? Is it because Politicians ,Police or others with influence are actively involved in this ?

Sri Lanka is becoming a killing field soon.. Why don't people take some action? Government is in a deep sleep fight one another for power and police can do little bit and judges are in the pockets of political leaders and monks are Religious leaders don't care ..people should come up against gun culture ..Only Ranil will share the sadness once one of his relatives or friends are effected by this gun culture

Drug arrests are probably done to eliminate the competition to politicians run operations. This is what we can gather from these happenings. I am sure that these contract killers are also operated by the politicians so police cannot touch them.
