Traffic congestion on Katunayake Expressway

Did the authorities not foresee this situation? Why the heck didn't they close the expressway until it was clear to reopen ?

Before that USLESS MAHINDA we could travel for hours with traffic on the old katuniyaka road. Invane we allowed him to develop highways for us to use. He also should have just stolen money from only central bank and pretrend nothing happened

why cant do it in night times and holidays. RDA CHAIRMAN pls wake up look other countries how their working? Visit to Dubai and learn from them.
