Three killed in accident in Mundalama

Colombo, January 12 (Daily Mirror) - Three people were killed in a road accident that occurred this morning (12) in the Navadankulama area of Mundalama along the Puttalam–Colombo main road, police said.

According to police, the accident took place when a car and a van collided. Two women and a man who were travelling in the car died as a result of the collision.

Police said that one injured person has been admitted to the Chilaw Hospital for treatment.
