Was it a deliberate tactic by the petitioner to support the government? In Sri Lanka every move is a political move and we really cannot trust anyone to be genuine. Well done Supreme Court, be fair, be firm, be neutral and do the right thing for the country.

@ Reality... ha ha the exact Reality is when Judgement is to one's liking, hails Historic Judgement by Judiciary. If not to one's liking blame Judiciary high and dry with hue and cry
