SJB allies are free to do anything on their own: MP Marikkar

Colombo, Feb. 12 (Daily Mirror) - Allies of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) are free to do anything on their own in order to maintain their identities, MP S.M. Marikkar said today.

"There are a number of parties who have become allies of the SJB. MP Mano Ganesan has his own party and so do a number of others. They are free to do whatever they want to maintain their party identities," Marikkar said.

He made this remark at a media briefing in response to a question raised by journalists as to whether MP Dayasiri Jayasekera, who contested the General Election 2024 under the SJB ticket is going on his own.

To Sajith. The more people see this guy Marikkar Bawa's face on media, SJB is loosing their voters. His press briefings are full of shit. The questions by Journalists too are very unproductive to the nation and no benefit to the people. The people have no interest in these individual politicians who jump from party to party for their own survival for Vehicle Permits and Parliamentary privileges.
