Police seize former MP Lokubandara’s pistol
Colombo, Nov 27 (Daily Mirror) - The Nugegoda Police Crime Division has taken custody of a pistol belonging to former MP Uditha Lokubandara, which he was seen carrying during the Joint Opposition rally in Nugegoda on November 21.
The police said they are currently investigating the legality of the firearm.
Video footage and photographs released show Lokubandara in possession of the pistol during the rally.
