Why does so many of our laws, which seem ordinary laws are often found not consistent with the Constitution. Is there a problem with the Constitution, or are the people who draft law that incompetent. Seeing parliament advised nearly every month by the court that their proposed law, or amendment is inconsistent. Another thing is to remove the protection of the judiciary and Supreme court from criticism, because right now they are god like dictating supposed truth, with no one able to challenge them.

Inconsistent with the constitution but consistent with Aragalaya ? So, the Prevention of Terrorism Act, must be enforced, without any hesitation and reluctance.
