Mohandev About 2 years ago this man changed my life without asking for anything. Out of pure love and compassion, he just wanted me to get back on my feet. Without him, I may not be here talking to you right now. So yes, an extract of one of his message was taken out of context and shared publicly. I can understand why would people feel offended by listening to it but when you know the man, you know that he has so much love and patience that hatred is not part of him. Oppositely he has often ask his congregation to respect others and their religion. In one of my visit, together with his charity arm, He ask us to go to a Buddhist old fox home to deliver food and wheelchairs. I know that he has helped many people, healed many people, and brought so many people to Sri Lanka because he loves his country and because of who he is he came back very well knowing what he may be facing. a mistake, if any, should not be used to overshadow the entire goodness of one's heart.

Back in the day I was fooled to attend the services of born again and in many places I visited, they insulted the catholic church, the saints and more over the pope. Additonally there are forced conversions making a mokery of God screaming and demanding God to come down. Money was talking behind all these superlative powers. May God honestly bless these people.

This is the correct thing to do for fellows who abuse religeons. However why is this same treatment not outcoming to worse perpetrators like Gnanasara?

Guanabara was also treated in a similar manner..

As an atheist I find this whole issue totally ridiculous but what I am interested in is why this man isn't being investigated for money laundering and other suspicious financial issues.

To believe in god takes faith. To not believe in god takes intelligence.

Proud ignorance Wednesday, 13 December 2023 01:31 PM

When God said "Love one another" He did not create divisions. Man is creating divisions, hence wars world over. When you are Self-proclaimed, you randomly blurt thubgs out. Empty vessels make the most noise. Like our 225 MPs in parliament.

I will not be surprised if he is having all the luxuries in the remand. Further it will be no surprise if AG file charges that cannot be maintained. It has happened in a few cases

    Ha.ha.ha. very hilarious. Wednesday, 13 December 2023 07:13 PM

Whats wrong if he had said something derogatory about another man, religion, politics? All over the world including Sri Lanka , especially most of the 225 talks bull shit about other races. No police inquiries. Let him say anything. It is his human right. If you dont agree, ignore him. Dont waste public money by keeping him in remand. He is becoming very much more popular by keeping him in remand. The country is becoming hated by outsiders. There are many more pressing problems in SL.At the end what is the government going to gain.Poor intelligent govt.trying to become popular among the nasses.

Choose Wisely, I think your comment is an INSULT to ALL EDUCATED, including ALL intelligent People in Sri Lanka and around the WORLD. If you think your comment would bring you across as being intelligent you are sadly mistaken. I see this as an indirect insult to ALL Believers and our FAITH in GOD.
