Colombo, Feb. 5 (Daily Mirror) - Nuwara Eliya has been ranked second on Agoda’s list of must-visit hill stations in Asia.
Often dubbed “Little England,” the Sri Lankan hill town was praised for its lush tea plantations, pleasant weather and colonial-era architecture.
Agoda noted that Nuwara Eliya continues to draw visitors looking to relax in tranquil surroundings while exploring tea estates and historic landmarks.
The list highlights hill stations across Asia known for their natural beauty and cultural charm. India’s Shimla tops the ranking, followed by Nuwara Eliya, with other destinations including Cameron Highlands, Sapa, Bandung, Thimphu, Munnar and Dalat also featured.
