New members appointed to Education and Health Services Committees of PSC

New chairmen and members were appointed to the Education and Health Services Committees of the Public Service Commission (PSC).

According to the Gazette notification issued on October 31, 2023, the members have been appointed in terms of Articles 56(1) and 56(2) of the Constitution for a period of two years, with effect from October 2.

In addition, the appointments have been made under the direction of the Public Service Commission.

Accordingly, the below-named chairman and two other members have been appointed to the Health Service Committee.

T.M.L.C. Senarathna is the chairman, while Dr. Ananda Hapugoda and Nimal Saranathissa as members. 

Meanwhile, the below-named chairman and two other members have been appointed to the Education Service Committee of the PSC.

J.A. Ranjith is the chairman, and A.K.W.W.M.N.K. Weerasekara and W.M.N.J. Pushpakumara as the members. (Sheain Fernandopulle)
